While all bulk herb, spice, and loose leaf tea photos were taken of products from our warehouse, please keep in mind that these are natural products, and characteristics (such as color) will vary from lot to lot. It is normal and common for color variations in herbal products. This is called "the new batch" effect. Customers often come with certain expectations about a product's appearance, and any deviation from this can cause some concern. It's important to understand that an herbs quality and can't be judged purely by taste, smell, or color.
These color variations are largely due to seasonal variations, drying time, and the drying process. Whether a batch is freeze dried, air dried, sun, shade, etc. This does NOT indicate a lower quality, or different product.

While herbs and spices generally don’t spoil, they will lose their potency over time. How the herbs and spices are stored will play a large role in how long they retain their potency. If stored in airtight containers, such as glass jars, and kept in a cool, dark, dry place, whole herbs and spices can last up to 3-4 years and ground herbs and spices can last 1-2 years. We make every effort to ensure that you receive well-preserved herbs and spices. We use polyfoil bags with a resealable ziplock closure, which protect the contents from exposure to light and moisture, to preserve the freshness, aroma, and potency of our products.

We use only the highest quality herbs we can find. Herbs are nature's medicine, and may interact with current medications you may be on. We recommend that everyone do their own research to check for drug interactions and the safety of consuming these herbs if you have certain medical conditions, as well as discussing it with your doctor or before beginning a new herbal regimen. We do not recommend our products be used by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration; therefore, we cannot claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We sell wholesale and bulk on most items. Please contact us for business relationships and with special orders.

We accept cancellations UP TO 4 hours after you have made your purchase. Please purchase seriously, as we are unable to cancel your order after this time has passed. If you have a problem with your order after you have purchased please contact us immediately.

We are unable to accept returns of opened items. In the case that you'd like to return an unopened item, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your item. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to refund original shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Missing packages due to incorrectly entered address information will not be the responsibility of TheTreeOfLoveGardens.
