How long will it take to get my order?
Our current processing time is 1-3 business days but we are doing our best to expedite our orders either on the same day or on the next day when we receive it. Once your order ships, it will take:
USA: 3-7 business days
Canada: 7-10 business days
Europe: 4-8 business days
Australia & New Zealand - between 12 to 25 business days.
Everywhere Else - between 12 to 30 business days
The tracking info will automatically upload to your order details so you can follow your package from our studio to your door. Please have in mind that sometimes there is a delay on the delivery times, so i will kindly ask you to be patient. Also i am available for you if you have any other questions.
All International Shipments are subject of random Customs check on the border and it may cause additional delay in delivery.
WE HIGHLY APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING !
The Buyer is responsible for any prevailing custom duties/taxes in the respective destination country.
Cancelation
We accept cancellations UP TO 4 hours after you have made your purchase. Please purchase seriously, as we are unable to cancel your order after this time has passed. If you have a problem with your order after you have purchased please contact us immediately.
Return Policy
We are unable to accept returns of opened items. In the case that you'd like to return an unopened item, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your item. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to refund original shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Custom Fees, Import taxes and Banned Items
Some international buyers may be subject to import fees/taxes after purchase; these fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please research VAT and customs requirements prior to purchase. TheTreeOfLoveShop is not liable or responsible for resending, replacing, or refunding orders that are seized by country officials.
